Sheila Malloy - Founder
Sheila is known to wear many hats including her most recent hat as CEO of House of Prayer UHCA, INC (SA). Sheila also serves as the local Missionary Rep, and is a member of the Board of Directors for her church. She serves as the praise and worship leader and district wide music director. Sheila was also VP of N.B. Acting/Performance Academy, Director of JoyFest Youth Min., and served 2 yrs as the Chapter Advisor for RTwelve, a mother daughter ministry in South O.C.. She currently serves as the YPHA President, is a licensed P&C insurance agent, a radio personality and podcaster. This anointed vessel and servant of God operates in BIG Faith. She has a deep, genuine love for families, especially women and families in crisis.
Pearls of Wisdom was born out of many days & nights of much prayer, shedding of tears, hard questions, searching of the scriptures, through wisdom of sound counsel and...Big Faith. Thru this ministry, a common thread was found: We ALL have a journey to take, a trial to endure and a powerful testimony to share for God's glory. One of Sheila's favorite quotes is: "Only What We Do For Christ Will Last", and "HOW BIG is your faith?" Her favorite verse is Phil. 4:4-6.

Carmen Murray - Co Founder
Carmen is known throughout her church and community as a woman that wears many hats. She is one of the Women's Bible Study Facilitator's for SBC as well as a member of the Life Team (Living In Faith) Evangelism Team. She is the Co-Founder of WMSP (When Married Sistah's Pray) and Facilitator/Mentor in a home based Bible Study for Married Women. She has a great passion for the Word of God and for God's people. Her dedication and relentless pursuit of serving God and others is extraordinary. Her dynamic message of Courage under Fire is a true testimony of her faith, hope and commitment to this ministry. As Co-Founder of Pearls of Wisdom Ministries, Carmen brings a strong administrative and customer service background and a Yes We Can mentality that breathes life into everything she touches. Anointed by God, she speaks in truth and power and like a tree planted by the water, will not be moved. One of her well known sayings is "Hold My Mule While I Shout!" She is part of the force behind Pearls of Wisdom and a powerhouse for the kingdom of God.
Carmen a California native, currently resides in Orange County, CA. with her husband of 35 years. They have three children and six grandchildren.
About Pearls Of Wisdom Ministries
Pearls Of Wisdom Ministries was officially founded in the Fall of 2011 after two years prior of many late night debates, meetings, tears, fears and MUCH prayer and waiting on God's direction and timing.We are a non-denominational, cross cultural ministry whose primary purpose is to reach into every home where there are hurts, unforgiveness and hopelessness and to provide a safe platform through small groups, one on ones and conferences where men and women can experience a deeper understanding of God's unconditional love and desires for His people. Our focus is to break the silence of pain and the vicious cycle of past failures & defeat by exposing the lies and unleashing the powerful truth and "pearls of wisdom" given through studying and practical application of God's Holy Word.
Because Everyone has a story to tell, a challenge or obstacle to overcome, and a testimony waiting to be heard...We Exist!

What We Believe:
We believe in the Father, who is God Almighty. The creator of all things and the preserver of light and life. We believe in the Son who is Jesus Christ, God's only begotten son. He was human and divine, truly lived, suffered and died, rose again from the dead, ascended on high and is coming again.
We believe that Jesus was sent by God to man. That whosoever believes in him shall not perish, but have everlasting life.
We believe in the Holy Ghost who was sent from God the Father and the Son. That the Holy Spirit convicts and converts the sinner, dwells in the believer and keeps the believer from the power of sin and leads him to the Father through His son, Jesus Christ.
We believe the Bible is the word of God, given by inspiration through holy men.That in the Bible, God seeks to reveal His will to man and man seeks to respond to God's revelation.
We believe that the union of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost is revealed through His church. That all believers are united into one body, the church.
We believe that Christ is coming back for His Holy Church without spot or wrinkle. That without holiness in spirit, soul and body, no man can see the Lord.
